Journey
Early Life
Born in a Middle-Class family in a small town of Gujarat called Surendranagar, Mr. Dave had always dreamt of helping his family financially and to give them the life they deserve. This endurance and passion helped him to stay focused and paved his way to success.
Career
Having completed his graduation from Saurashtra University, Mr. Dave joined government services in Amreli, Gujarat, and later on shifted to Ahmedabad as his job required. As said, Destiny favors those who choose to work hard, Mr. Dave is the best example of that and is currently working as a Class-I officer with the reputed organization of the Government of Gujarat. He did Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy.

During his job, he realized that as a father of two teenagers, he is incompetent to give enough time to his children and his family as a whole. This made him exercise work-life balance to ensure quality family time along with handling office workloads. He believes that as a father, the foundation of the childhood is very important wherein both parents should play an equal role.
