Journey
Born in Rajkot, Ms. Shah studied B.Sc at Saurashtra University and M.Sc (Part 1) in Food and Nutrition. Seeing how many families lacked proper nutrition, she turned to social work.
With the Robin Hood Army she taught children in slum areas and spoke with women about menstrual health and nutrition.
At Sambandhah
Through her work she met many couples who had children without thinking about what parenting really means. At Sambandhah she counsels newly married couples and parents on family planning, parenting and a pleasant atmosphere at home.
