She loves being among the children to create a positive environment and an enhancing experience. As said, Learning never stops, Ms. Gandhi had always liked observing people and learning from them.

Early Life
Born in an Upper Middle Class business Oriented Family, Ms. Gandhi had the privilege of having Good Education and a proper upbringing. She completed her graduation from H.L. Commerce College of Ahmedabad. Having brought up in a heritage city of India, she had a chance to know the real culture and values of Gujarat. She got to interact with people of various fields and understanding their know-how and the ways they deal with it.
Career
As an educationist, Ms. Gandhi spent 35 years of her life teaching and interacting with students of different psyche & understanding their problems and later on giving solutions to them. She achieved her “Career Counseling Certificate” from University of California as A Super Counselor. Later she completed her London Montessori Course Certificate in 1980. She has worked with St. Xavier Loyola for 2 years and later also had her own Snowfall Montessori for about 10 years. She has also worked closely with Olive Group of Schools for around 14 years as the Head of Pre- Primary School, where she interacted with parents and realized the problems they are facing in the upbringing of their child.
