Can I walk in without an appointment?

No. All sessions are by appointment, so that a counselor has time set aside only for you. Call us, message us, or request an appointment and we will fix a time.

What is the quickest way to book?

Fill in the short form on our appointment page, or call +91 98790 14220. Someone from Sambandhah will call you to understand your concern and book a time.

Do I have to come to the centre?

No. You can also talk to a counselor by private video call or by phone. Read more about online counseling.
