Journey
Early Life
Ms. Ekta Shah was born in the beautiful city of Gujarat named Rajkot, where she got a chance to study B.Sc from Saurasthra University. Later she did M.Sc Part-1 in Food & Nutrition where she got to study the deep aspects in Food & its Botany. While studying, she realized that there are many people in the society who are deprived of proper nutritional food, which can be a major cause in the spreading of highly dangerous disease in them. This made her divert to social activities where she can spread her knowledge in the slum areas and help them to eat good & live better!
Career
After completing her graduation, her interest was shifted towards social activities, helping the people in need. During her 15 years of Social work, she had joined Robin Hood Army to educate poor children in slum areas and to teach women about their menstrual cycle. Being a nutritionist, she taught the importance of nutrition in food, and the disease caused due to malnutrition.
